Priya Mondal ( B.A, LL.B, Advocate)
Ms. Priya Mondal is a young and dedicated legal professional associated with Roy Associates, bringing enthusiasm and precision to every case she handles. She completed her B.A. LL.B. in 2022 and was enrolled as an Advocate with the State Bar Council of West Bengal the same year.
She gained valuable experience under Advocate Mrs. Jayita Roy and other eminent legal practitioners, which helped shape her strong foundation in legal practice. She is currently practicing primarily before the Alipore Judges’ Court, dealing with matters under the Consumer Protection Act and a wide range of civil cases, including injunctions, divorce, adoption, and succession.
Her expertise also extends to Title Suit Litigation, Property Registration, and Title Search and Verification, making her a versatile and reliable member of the Roy Associates team.
Surath Chakraborty ( B.Com(H), LL.B, Advocate)
Mr. Surath Chakraborty is an experienced and diligent legal professional associated with Roy Associates, known for his in-depth understanding of debt recovery and civil law. He completed his B.Com (Hons) and pursued his LL.B., graduating in 2015. He was enrolled as an Advocate with the State Bar Council of West Bengal in 2016.
Over the years, Mr. Chakraborty has gained valuable experience working under reputed advocates including Mrs. Jayita Roy. At Roy Associates, he primarily practices before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Kolkata, handling cases under the SARFAESI Act and Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act.
